Q: Will it fit my keyboard or laptop?

A: Standing Fit is compatible with any short to full-sized keyboards & laptops.  Unit is 26″ Long x 10″ High x 10″ Wide (See graphic below).

Q: Do I need a Paypal account purchase?

A: No, if you do not have a Paypal account, or would rather not use it, Paypal provides you the option of paying with a credit card.

Q: How is shipping calculated & why does it cost so much?

A: The box your Standing Fit will be shipped in is quite large therefore both UPS & USPS use a dimensional weight shipping calculator.  These shipping costs are based on the size of the box as well as the weight which is why the shipping fees are a bit more; we certainly wish it could be a lower.  The exact shipping cost will be calculated after the “Buy Now” button is selected & your zip code is entered; you will have the option of canceling at that time.

Q: How long will my Standing Fit unit take to arrive?

A: If the unit is in stock & ready to ship is should leave our warehouse within a few days from the purchase date.  If your order is delayed for any reason you will be contacted.

Q: What about my monitor?

A: When using a Standing Fit you may need to tilt your monitor back slightly to improve visibility.  Standing Fit was designed for users who do not choose stand at their desk on a full time basis.  In the tests we have performed users felt no discomfort viewing an adjusted monitor whatsoever.  The majority of computer monitors have the capability to tilt upwards; current users have found this ideal.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: We are unable to accept any returns without proper authorization.  Please note the size of the unit prior to purchasing.  No refunds will be issued due to size.

The exchange of any factory-defective Standing Fit product is at the option of Standing Fit and in no event does Standing Fit assume liability for any damage beyond refund of the purchase price or replacement of the same.  Do not return any product without prior authorization.  All shipping costs for returns will be paid by the purchaser unless otherwise specified; returned items may be requested to be sent to the state of Hawaii.  Return for credit period is within one (1) month from original invoice.  Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Any material received that is not of Standing Fit’s manufacture, has been tampered with, or has been damaged in any way as to constitute physical abuse, will be returned to the purchaser freight collect and no credit will be issued.  Returned material should be in standard package quantities and saleable condition.

Q: What is the Standing Fit unit made out of?

A: The Standing Fit unit is manufactured using high-quality 3/8″ plexiglas.  It is extremely sturdy & visually decorative.

Q: Will my optical mouse work with my Standing Fit?

A: Optical mice use an LED and a camera to rapidly capture images of the surface beneath the mouse.  Some material, such as plexiglas, is transparent therefore the mouse is may be unable to pick up enough imperfections in the underlying surface to determine motion.  Placing a mouse pad or something non-transparent should do the trick.
