Could it be true?  Can sitting all day actually make your butt bigger?  Can you handle a standing desk?

See this picture?  Your butt will NOT look like this if you sit all day long.

Sucks to hear, believe me I know, but will happen if you choose not work with a standing desk & yes, they can actually be very cool.  Ready this harrowing article from the New York Times: Is Sitting A Lethal Activity?.  A two hour commute to work, sitting down, desk job all day, sitting down, Facebook, Pinterest, News at home; that is a lot of sitting; truly sitting down all day long!  I workout a much as I possibly can & I eat wisely, but still sitting for the better part of my waking time.  To add salt in the wound studies have shown that people who actively participate in sports and have strict diets still will get bigger butts by sitting down.  Nice, thanks for that.

What can be done, just succumb to the inevitable fate that befalls the digital age we live in, huge butts?  Heck no!  Aside from a Flintsonesque foot powered car, you still have to sit when driving but are you honestly confined to your chair at work?  Again, a hearty heck no!  You have to find opportunities to stand up from your desk, stand out of your chair to frequently to walk around for awhile, or better yet, get a standing desk.  Best option would be to convert your desk into a stand up desk, Standing Fit offers a really cool option to convert your existing desk into a stand up desk.

Bottom line, you gotta do more than your doing, you gotta stand up Love…and smile.

Standing desks provide:
